The HECAS Scholarship offer letter will be provided to the TESAS Awardees by DHERST through their respective NOAS accounts. If you find your name under a TESAS 2026 Scholarship (AES or HECAS) Category, make sure to access your NOAS account to accept the terms and conditions of your TESAS Scholarship.

All the selected students are advised to seek their admission or acceptance letter from the tertiary Institution that has selected them. Otherwise, by now, most institutions should be posting or emailing you your Official admission letters or acceptance Letters. PNG DHERST will separately release the New intake and Continuing students list for the 2026 academic year. The dherst.gov.pg website will show in awarded students and their institutions in the TESAS/ HECAS programs. 2026 HECAS List for Continuing Students
The Higher Education Loan Program (HELP) is available to all students regardless of whether you are on TESAS or not. To be eligible for the loan, interested applicants must become registered students by complying with the Tertiary Institutions’ admission or registration policies. Those HEIs who have not submitted the end-of-year results or list of continuing students to DHERST are advised to do so before the End of January 2026.
Be advised that students whose names do not appear on the list should consult their respective HEIs to confirm their progressive status for 2026.
