- NID Birth Certificate
- Three passport-size photos taken within the last three months
- Original Grade 10 & Grade 12 school Certificates.
- Two Reference Letters – from employer, pastors, Teachers lawyers, doctors.
- Three (3) Referee Details – Provide names and mobile numbers of three referees who can be contacted.
