- Natural Born Filipino Citizen
- Minimum height of 5 feet for both men and women
- Physically fit and of good moral Character
- Single and has never been married
- At least 17 years and not more than 22 years old on 01 April of the Year of Admission
- Grade 12 senior high (K-12) students may take the exam, provided that they graduate before March 2026.
