As per the latest updates, DOST-SEI Officials will release the results of the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Examination, which commenced on February 21-22, 2026, and March 7-8, 2026. This year, breaking a record, a total of 97,617 Grade 12 students have taken the 2026 DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Examination for the academic year 2026. marking the highest number of examinees in the history of one of the country’s most Competitive scholarship programs. These incoming college freshmen qualifiers are set to enjoy their scholarship benefits in the first semester of the academic year 2026-2027.
The list of qualifiers will be posted here once the Department of Science and Technology and the Science Education Institute release the Undergraduate Scholarship Exam 2026 results online. Please stay tuned for more updates.
DOST SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Exam Results 2026
Once the DOST SEI 2026 undergraduate results are announced, DOST-SEI and DOST Regional Offices will contact all qualifiers regarding the Notice of Award, scholarship orientation, and other important instructions. Qualifiers who need to submit documents for revalidation will also be notified. Qualifiers who will avail themselves of the scholarship will enjoy benefits for the duration of their S&T degree program, which are mentioned below.
Dost SEI Undergraduate Scholarship 2026 – 2027 Benefits
- Schools Fees – PHP 40,000/year
- Learning Materials and/or Connectivity Allowance – PHP10,000/year
- Monthly Living Allowance- PHP8,000/Month
- Clothing Allowance – PHP1,000/1st sem of 1st year only
- Graduation Allowance – PHP1,000
- Thesis Allowance – PHP10,000
- group health and accident insurance
In addition, the list of qualifiers for the Merit Scholarship Program—awarded to students with exceptional aptitude in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics—will also be announced.
DOST – SEi Undergraduate Exam 2026 Highlights
The exam was conducted on February 21–22 and March 7–8, 2026, across 222 testing centers nationwide, with a strong 95.3% turnout rate from over 102,000 eligible test takers.

- Mindanao: 18,439
Additional examinees in Saudi Arabia are scheduled to take the test at a later date!
For Fiscal Year 2026, DOST-SEI has allocated ₱7.6 billion to support 8,500 new scholars, as well as thousands of current undergraduate and graduate scholars nationwide.
